This article outlines how to change the language preferences for your Big Think+ account.
1. Locate the Language Menu
- Look to the top right corner of any page on the Big Think+ platform.
- You’ll see a globe icon 🌐 next to a two-letter label that indicates your current language (e.g., “EN” for English).
2. Click the Language Button
- This will open a drop-down menu with available languages. Note that languages are split into two categories: Full Translations (where everything on the platform will be translated) and Video Subtitles Only (where most platform features will appear in English, but the video subtitles will appear in the selected language).
3. Select Your Preferred Language
- Click the language you want to switch to. You can also choose from additional languages that apply to video subtitles only.
- The platform will reload and update automatically in the selected language.
4. Confirm the Change
- You should now see menus, videos, and navigation in your selected language. Any Learner Guides and Discussion Guides will be downloaded in your selected language.
- If not, refresh your browser or check your browser’s language settings.
