This article describes what Curations by Big Think+ are, how they can be used, and what is available.
Curations by Big Think+ are pre-curated, ready-to-use collections of video Lessons, Learning Paths, and Expert Classes that have been created to address some of the most common leadership, career, and professional development topics.
You can use the Curations “as is” or as inspiration for your own program by adding Discussion Guides, additional content from Big Think+, your own instructor-led training registration links, eLearning content, other third-party content, as well as articles, blogs, podcasts, surveys, or websites. The Curations can be used as free-standing programs, used between formal instructor-led training sessions or rotational programs, or as "drip campaigns" for reinforcement after a formal program ends.
Sample of an available Curation by Big Think+Curations by Big Think+ will help build your employees' ability to lead and succeed, whether they are an aspiring, emerging, current, or senior leader/manager. The goal is to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and mindset to lead teams, drive initiatives, and contribute as effective leaders from wherever they sit in the organization.
A select number of self-serve Curations can be found at the top of the CURATIONS tab for any user who has a Manage Curations role in your organization. These can be previewed, copied, and used right away. To learn about other options, reach out to the BT+ account team.
