Big Think+ includes a wide range of content, including Lessons, Courses, and Expert Classes. Whether you’re looking for a specific topic or browsing for inspiration, the platform’s built-in tools make it easy to discover content that matters to you.
Use the Search Bar to find specific content

- Look for the Search bar at the top of most pages on the platform.
- Type in an expert, topic, or question (e.g., “Amy Edmondson,” “communication,” or “How can I have a tough conversation with my team?”).
Use filters to narrow your results
After you've searched for a topic, you can use one of the following filters to narrow down desired content:
- Content Type: Choose from Lessons, Expert Classes, Learning Paths, or Courses.
- Best For: Select your audience: Individual Contributors, Team Managers, or Senior Leaders.
- Leadership Domains: Filter by broader leadership categories like Character & Integrity.
- Competencies: Drill down further into specific focus areas (e.g., Strategic Thinking).
