How do I search for or filter content?

This article explains how to use the search and filter features in Big Think+ to find content that fits your learning goals.

Big Think+ includes a wide range of content, including lessons, courses, expert classes, and learning paths. Whether you’re looking for a specific topic or browsing for inspiration, the platform’s built-in tools make it easy to discover content that matters to you.

Use the search bar to find specific content

  1. Look for the Search bar at the top of most pages on the platform.
  2. Type in a keyword, topic, expert name, or phrase (e.g., “communication,” “resilience,” or “Amy Edmondson”).
  3. As you type, results will populate below. Click on any result to jump directly to that content.

Use filters to narrow your results

After you've searched for a topic, you can use one of the following filters to narrow down desired content:

  • Content Type: Choose from Lessons, Expert Classes, Learning Paths, or Courses.
  • Best For: Select your audience: Individual Contributors, Team Managers, or Senior Leaders.
  • Capabilities: Filter by broader skill categories like Leadership, Management, or DEIB.
  • Subcapabilities: Drill down further into specific focus areas within each capability (e.g., Hiring, Feedback, Collaboration).

Apply one or more filters to customize your results and quickly find what you’re looking for.
