This article explains how to search for specific content, use filters, and adjust date ranges in Big Think+ Analytics.
Big Think+ Analytics is designed to help you quickly find the data you need. Whether you're tracking a specific lesson, expert, or organization-wide engagement over time, the built-in tools make it easy to search, filter, and focus your view.
How do I filter or search for specific content?
Each data tab in Analytics (Curations, Lessons, Learning Paths & Classes, Courses, and Learners) includes a Filter at the top of the data table. For example, here's the one for the Curations tab:
Enter a keyword, title, or name to instantly filter results. Some examples of items you can use to filter these tabs are:
- Lesson or Class title
- Course or Curation title
- Expert name
- Learner/User name
Each tab's filter will only apply to that tab's table.
How do I adjust the date range for Analytics data?
At the top right of the Analytics interface, you’ll see a Date Range, which defaults to the most recent month. This controls the time frame the data reflects across all tabs.
To change the date range:
Click on the existing dates to view a calendar of options.
Select a range by clicking on a start date and an end date.
The Analytics page will reload, and all data will update to reflect your selection.
Note: The selected date range remains consistent as you move between tabs.
