This article explains how to export data from Big Think+ Analytics to use in reports, presentations, or other analysis tools.
Big Think+ Analytics allows you to download data from any content tab (e.g., Curations, Lessons, Courses, Learners, and more). Downloads reflect exactly what you see in the table, based on your selected date range and filters.
How do I download data?
To export a table view:
- Go to any Analytics tab (e.g., Lessons, Courses, Learners).
- Apply your desired date range using the date filter.
- Use the content filter if you want to narrow the results.
- Click the Download button (found at the top right of the table).
- A CSV file will download to your device.
What’s included in the download?
- The exported file includes all visible columns for the selected tab.
- Time-based data (e.g., Time Watched or View Time) is recorded in seconds for easier calculations.
- Data reflects only the date range and filters active at the time of export.
