Personalize your homepage
The first time you visit your homepage, you’ll be asked how you want to grow. Click Personalize my learning and choose your role and the leadership skills you want to build. Big Think+ will use them to recommend content under Personalized learning for you. Learn more about choosing your role and skills.
Jump into a lesson
Choose a topic that catches your eye. There are no wrong choices!
Your homepage is a good place to start. Scroll through the sections to find content from your organization in Curations by [your organization], recommendations in Personalized learning for you, and what’s new in Newest Expert Classes.
Save what sparks your interest
If you find something interesting but don’t have time to finish it, click the + icon on the lesson to add it to your Watch Later list. You’ll find it anytime in your saved content.
Record your thoughts
After watching, take a moment to reflect. Each lesson includes a Learner Guide to help you apply what you’ve learned, plus a private Notes section where you can jot down ideas or reminders.
