How do I find content relevant to me?

This article explains how to explore Big Think+ content that's relevant to your goals, role, and interests.

Big Think+ is built to adapt to your learning needs. Whether you’re an individual contributor, team manager, or senior leader, you can easily find content that supports your development.

Use your personalized Homepage

If you’ve already selected your interests and role, your homepage will automatically display recommended lessons, classes, and courses. You’ll see carousels for:

  • Role-based recommendations

  • Interest-based suggestions

  • Popular lessons across the platform

  • Newest releases to keep your skills current

Use filters to narrow your search

When you click into the Search bar, you can filter content by:

  • Content Type (Video Lessons, Expert Classes, Learning Paths, Courses)

  • Best For (Individual Contributors, Team Managers, Senior Leaders)

  • Capabilities (e.g., Communication, DEI, Innovation, Leadership)

  • Subcapabilities (more specific topics like Feedback, Risk, or Career Growth)

Use multiple filters together to find just the right fit, for example, “Team Managers” + “Critical Thinking” + “Video Lessons.”

Find the newest content

We regularly release fresh content to keep your learning relevant and timely. To see what’s just launched, scroll to the Newest Expert Classes carousel on your homepage. It’s the easiest way to discover the latest ideas and stay current.

Explore content by Capability

If you’re focused on growing a specific skill or mindset, the Capabilities tab is a great place to start.

You’ll find curated content around:

  • Leading Yourself

  • Leading a Team

  • Leading the Business

Each capability page includes a mix of lessons, learning paths, and expert perspectives, all organized by theme.

Save content for later

As you browse, click the + Add to Curation button on any content tile or lesson page to save it. This lets you build your own Watch List or collection for future learning.
