Big Think+ gives you a few ways to find content that fits your goals, whether you want recommendations picked for you or prefer to explore on your own.
Use your personalized Homepage
If you’ve already selected your interests and role, your homepage shows recommendations under Grow your leadership skills. You’ll also find content your organization has curated for you, plus the newest expert classes and courses.
Use filters to narrow your search
Type a topic, expert, or question into the search bar at the top of any page. Then narrow your results with filters:
- Content type: Lessons, Expert Classes, or Courses
- Best for: Individual Contributors, Team Managers, or Senior Leaders
- Leadership domains: Broad areas like Growth & Change
- Leadership skills: Specific skills like Strategic Thinking
Use multiple filters together to find just the right fit, for example, “Team Managers” + “Growth & Change” + “Video Lessons.”
If your organization has AI Search turned on, you can also ask a full question and get a short summary with lessons that answer it.
