This article explains how to share a Curation with others in your organization.
Once you’ve created a Curation, you can publish it to your entire organization, assign it to a group of users or share the link directly, allowing people to follow the Curation.
How do I publish a Curation to my entire organization?
If you have been granted the "Manage Curations" permission, you are able to publish a Curation to all users of Big Think+ at your organization in a "Curations by [Your Organization]" carousel on the home page.
Tip: Publishing Curations is a great way to quickly direct learners to custom programs or suggested content.
To publish a Curation:
- Open the Curation you want to publish.
- Click the Share button at the top right of the Curation page. This will open the following modal, showcasing different sharing options.
- Click 'Publish'.

Published Curations will appear on the home page in order of recency, showing the most recently published Curation first.

How do I assign Curations to a group of users?
If you have been granted the "Manage Curations" permission, you are also able to assign a Curation to a group of users in your organization. These assigned Curations will also show in the "Curations by [Your Organization]" carousel on the home page, this time with an 'Assigned' tag.
To assign a Curation:
- Request that a group is created by contacting Partner Success at partnersuccess@bigthink.com. Please be sure to send the group name you wish your users to see in the platform and valid email addresses of the users.
- Open the Curation you want to assign.
- Click the Share button at the top right of the Curation page. This will open a modal, giving you different sharing options.
- Click 'Assign'.

5. Select the group that was created for you by the Partner Success team.
6. Set a due date (optional).

How do I share a Curation with a select group of people?
- Open the Curation you want to share.
- Click the Share button at the top right of the Curation page. This will open the following modal, showcasing different sharing options.
- Click 'Copy link'.

Note: If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) copying the link will generate a dynamic SSO link.
What happens when someone follows a Curation?
When a learner receives a shared link to a Curation they didn’t create:
- They’ll see a Follow button at the top right of the Curation.
- Clicking Follow adds that Curation to their “Followed Curations” carousel on the Curations page for easy access later.
- They can unfollow at any time to remove it from their view.

Where do I see a follower count for Curations?
Once a Curation has at least 1 follower, you will see a follower count displayed on the Curation page. This gives you a quick signal of how many people have engaged with the Curation, which may be important to consider before making any changes to the contents.
