This article explains how to share a curation with others in your organization.
Once you’ve created a curation, you can share it with individuals or teams using a direct link. Any other learners in your organization can then follow it so they can return to it later from the Curations page.
How do I share a curation with a select group of people?
Open the curation you want to share.
Click Copy link at the top right of the curation page. You can share this link using Slack, email, or any other internal communication tool. Anyone with platform access and the link will be able to view the curation, even if it’s not published organization-wide.
What happens when someone follows a curation?
When a learner receives a shared link to a curation they didn’t create:
- They’ll see a Follow button at the top right of the curation.
- Clicking Follow adds that curation to their “Followed Curations” carousel on the Curations page for easy access later.
- They can unfollow at any time to remove it from their view.
Where do I see a follower count for curations?
Once a curation has at least 1 follower, you will see a follower count displayed on the curation page. This gives you a quick signal of how many people have engaged with the curation, which may be important to consider before making any changes to the contents.
How do I publish a curation to my entire organization?
If you have been granted the "Manage Curations" permission, you are able to publish a curation to all users of Big Think+ at your organization in a "Curations by [Your Organization]" carousel on the home page.
Tip: Publishing curations is a great way to quickly direct learners to custom programs or suggested content.
To publish a curation:
- Open the curation you want to publish.
- Click the Publish button at the top right of the curation page. This makes your curation visible to others in your organization on the home page. Once published, the same button will read "Unpublish" and can be clicked to remove the curation from the home page.
Published curations will appear on the home page in order of Recency, showing the most recently published curation first.
